We had a great stay at this place. The location was superb, right across from a big shopping mall and restaurant complex. The staff here went above and beyond to help us with information about local places of interest and transportation options. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with amenities like free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The service here was top-notch, with a 24-hour reception and helpful staff who made our stay wonderful. We highly recommend this venue to families.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, being right opposite a shopping mall and some restaurants. The room was comfortable and spacious with a great bathroom, and the staff were helpful and accommodating despite some language barriers.

The hotel had a great location, close to a popular shopping district and within walking distance to public transportation. the rooms were comfortable and spacious, and there was a convenient convenience store nearby.
The service was disappointing. the staff seemed uninterested in helping us when we had questions, and there was a lack of attention to detail in the cleanliness of the room.

The breakfast was decent and had a good variety of options. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The hotel was conveniently located near a train station and a few restaurants.
The staff was not helpful or friendly at all. They seemed to have an attitude every time I asked for assistance or directions.

Spacious rooms, helpful staff, great location opposite Sapporo Factory, free WIFI, excellent bathroom, lovely breakfast.

Staying in this hotel was the perfect choice. It's situated in a great location, right across a big shopping mall with plenty of restaurant options. the rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean with a lovely bathroom. the service was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. the hotel also provided free wifi and air conditioning in the rooms.
The soundproofing in the hotel could be better, so it might not be the best option if you're a light sleeper.
